Proof of purchase must be presented to obtain a Repair/Return
Authorisation Number, prior to shipping the product to the above
address. In the event of warranty return the customer will pay
for the freight to our nominated service centre and Upsonic Power
will bear all return costs.
The decision to repair or replace any or all faulty components
under warranty remains at the discretion of Upsonic Power.
Upsonic Power will not be liable for any associated costs incurred
by the user, installer, contractor, or supplier as a direct or
indirect result of failure or in the replacement of defective
material under warranty.
